Can I still use Lunacy after cancelling?

Yes. Lunacy itself is free to download and use. Cancelling only removes access to premium Icons8 graphics assets (SVG/high-res PNG without attribution) and expanded cloud features — the app itself remains fully functional.

What happens to my cloud documents when I cancel?

Your cloud documents are not deleted. They revert to free tier limits: a maximum of 10 editable documents, 30-day version history, and 30-day deleted file retention. Documents above the free limit may become inaccessible until you reduce the total below 10.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Icons8's official policy states all fees are non-refundable for digital products. However, EU residents who cancel within 14 days of purchase and have not downloaded any assets are entitled to a full refund under EU consumer law. Can I reactivate my subscription later?

Go to your Icons8 account profile

Navigate to https://icons8.com/profile/summary and sign in to your Icons8 account if prompted.

Open the Subscription tab

On your profile summary page, click the 'Subscription' tab (also labeled 'Billing page') to view your active subscriptions.

Click the Cancel button

Locate your active subscription and click the 'Cancel' button next to it.

Decline the Pause offer

A retention screen appears offering to pause your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 months. The green 'Pause' button is shown prominently while the gray 'No, unsubscribe' option is visually secondary. Click 'No, unsubscribe' to proceed with full cancellation.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm your decision when prompted. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
