Go to my.norton.com and sign in with your Norton account email and password.
Go to My Subscriptions
In the Norton account dashboard, click "My Subscriptions" to see your active Norton 360 plan and renewal details.
Select your subscription
Click on your Norton 360 subscription to expand the details and find the cancellation option.
Turn off auto-renewal
Click "Cancel Auto-Renewal" or "Manage Subscription". Norton may redirect you to a phone call or live chat for subscription cancellations — have your account details ready.
Confirm cancellation via support if needed
