Log in to Novu Dashboard

Go to https://dashboard.novu.co (or https://eu.dashboard.novu.co for EU accounts) and sign in with your credentials.

Open Billing Plans

Click the avatar/profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard, then select 'Billing Plans' from the left-side menu.

Click 'Manage Subscription'

Within your current plan tile, click the 'Manage Subscription' button to open the Stripe Customer Portal.

Cancel or downgrade in the Stripe portal

In the Stripe Customer Portal, choose 'Cancel plan' to end your subscription, or select a lower-tier plan (including the free tier at $0/mo) to downgrade instead of canceling outright.

Confirm cancellation

Follow the on-screen confirmation prompt in the Stripe portal. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
