Can I reactivate my NOW membership after cancelling?

What if I subscribed through Apple, Google, Amazon, BT, or TalkTalk?

You must cancel through the provider you used to sign up — not through NOW's website. Apple: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Google: Play Store > Payments & subscriptions. Amazon: Memberships & Subscriptions. BT and TalkTalk users should contact their provider directly.

Can I cancel in the NOW TV app?

No. If you signed up on the NOW website, you must cancel via the website on a desktop, laptop, or tablet. The app and NOW Smart Stick do not support cancellation.

How do I cancel NOW Broadband?

Sign in to your NOW account

Go to nowtv.com and click the account avatar icon in the top-right corner, then sign in with your email and password if prompted.

Open account menu

Click your avatar or profile icon in the top-right corner of the page to open the dropdown menu.

Select 'Manage Now Account'

From the dropdown, choose 'Manage Now Account' (sometimes shown as 'Your Membership') to open your membership management page.

Choose the membership to cancel

On the membership page, click 'Now Membership' and locate the specific pass you want to cancel — Entertainment, Cinema, Entertainment & HBO Max, Hayu, Sports, Boost, or Ultra Boost. Each membership must be cancelled separately.

Click 'Cancel Membership'

Click the 'Cancel Membership' button next to the pass you want to remove. You will be taken through a multi-screen flow — do not close the browser until you reach the final confirmation.

Provide a cancellation reason

Select a reason for cancelling from the dropdown list presented on-screen. This is required before you can proceed.

Decline any retention offers

NOW may present a discounted offer or ask if you'd like to pause your membership instead of cancelling. Click 'Continue to cancel' or 'No thanks' to decline and proceed.

Confirm cancellation

On the final screen, confirm your cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
