Will I lose access to Obsidian Sync immediately after cancelling?

No. Your Sync subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your vaults will stop syncing but your local files are unaffected.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Obsidian offers a full refund if you request it within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, refunds are generally not provided except under exceptional circumstances. Contact support@obsidian.md to request one.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time from the same obsidian.md/account page by selecting a plan under Obsidian Sync or Obsidian Publish.

Is the Catalyst license affected by cancelling Sync?

No. The Catalyst license (Insider/Supporter/VIP) is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It is not cancelled and continues to give you access to insider builds.
