Can I still use Pabbly Connect after cancelling?

If you chose 'Cancel on Next Renewal', you retain full access until the end of your current paid billing period. If you chose 'Cancel Immediately', access ends straight away.

Pabbly offers a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. Request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@pabbly.com. Note that payment gateway transaction fees are not refunded.

How do I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Log back in to your Pabbly account and purchase a new plan from the Pabbly Connect pricing page. Your previous workflows and data may still be accessible depending on how long ago you cancelled.

Will my automations (workflows) be deleted when I cancel?

Workflows are not immediately deleted, but they will stop running once your subscription ends. Your data remains in the account for a period after cancellation, but active task processing requires an active plan.

What if the self-service cancel option is not visible?

Some account configurations or merchant settings may hide the immediate cancel option. In that case, email support@pabbly.com or admin@pabbly.com with your account email and cancellation request — the support team processes these manually.

Does Pabbly Connect offer a lifetime deal, and can that be cancelled too?

Yes, Pabbly Connect sells one-time lifetime plans. These have no recurring billing to cancel, but are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase via email to support@pabbly.com.

Log in to your Pabbly account

Go to accounts.pabbly.com and sign in with your email and password.

Open 'My Subscription'

From your account dashboard, click on the 'My Subscription' option in the navigation or account menu. This takes you to a page showing all your active subscriptions, transaction history, and billing details.

Locate your Pabbly Connect plan

Find your active Pabbly Connect subscription in the subscription list.

Click the three-dot menu

On the right-hand side of your subscription row, click the three dots (⋮) icon to open the action menu.

Select 'Cancel Subscription'

Click 'Cancel Subscription' from the dropdown menu that appears.

Provide a cancellation reason

A prompt will ask you to select or type a reason for cancelling. Fill in the required reason field.

Choose cancellation timing

Select either 'Cancel Immediately' (access ends right away, billing stops now) or 'Cancel on Next Renewal' (keep access until the end of the current billing period, then subscription ends). Click the confirm button to finalise.
