Can I still use Ramp after cancelling Ramp Plus?

Yes. After cancelling Ramp Plus, your access continues until the end of your current billing period (monthly plans) or paid period (annual plans). After that, your account reverts to the free Ramp tier — you retain access to core features but lose Ramp Plus-only features.

Will I get a refund when I cancel Ramp Plus?

No. Ramp Plus subscription fees are non-refundable. You retain access through the end of your paid period but will not receive a prorated refund for unused time.

Can I reactivate Ramp Plus after cancelling?

Yes. You can re-subscribe to Ramp Plus at any time by navigating to Company > Upgrade in the left-hand menu on your Ramp dashboard.

What happens to my past statements and data after cancelling?

Your data is preserved. After downgrading or cancelling Ramp Plus, the Ramp Plus tab remains visible in your dashboard with all past statements, so you can still download historical records.

How do I close my Ramp account entirely (not just cancel Plus)?

Full account closure cannot be done self-service. You must contact Ramp Support at support.ramp.com and submit a closure request. The request must come from the account Owner. Ramp Support will guide you through settling any outstanding balances before closing.

Does cancelling Ramp Plus affect my corporate cards or spending limits?

Cancelling Ramp Plus does not immediately terminate your corporate cards or affect transactions. However, you will lose access to Ramp Plus features such as advanced controls, custom workflows, and dedicated support once your billing period ends.

Log in to Ramp dashboard

Go to app.ramp.com and sign in with your admin credentials. You must be the account Owner or have admin permissions to cancel the subscription.

Navigate to Statements & Payments

In the left-hand navigation menu, click on 'Company', then select 'Statements & Payments' from the submenu.

Open subscription settings

On the Statements & Payments page, click the 'Settings' button located at the top right of the screen.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

In the Settings panel, locate and click the 'Cancel Subscription' button to initiate the cancellation of your Ramp Plus plan.

Confirm cancellation

Follow any on-screen confirmation prompts to complete the cancellation. Your Ramp Plus access will remain active until the end of your current billing period (monthly) or paid period (annual).

Close entire account (if needed)

If you want to fully close your Ramp account (not just cancel Ramp Plus), you must contact Ramp Support via support.ramp.com. This request must be submitted by the account Owner — it cannot be done self-service through the dashboard.
