Can I still use Reflect after I cancel?

Yes. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual). After that date, your account will be downgraded and note syncing will stop, but your data is not immediately deleted.

Reflect's stated policy is a full, no-questions-asked refund. Email support@reflect.app to request one. Note: the Terms of Service state fees are non-refundable, but the official refund policy page explicitly overrides this with a full-refund guarantee.

How do I delete my account and all my data?

You can delete your entire account — including all notes and personal data — directly from within the app without needing to email support. Look for the account deletion option in Preferences or contact support@reflect.app.

How do I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Go back to reflect.app/preferences/billing and choose a plan to resubscribe. Your notes and data should still be accessible if you reactivate before they are purged.

What happens to my notes if I don't reactivate?

Reflect stores your notes encrypted. After your paid period ends, syncing stops but locally cached notes on your devices may remain. Contact support@reflect.app for data export options if needed.

Log in to Reflect

Go to reflect.app and click 'Log in' in the top navigation. Enter your email address and complete the OTP (one-time passcode) verification sent to your inbox.

Open Preferences

Once logged in, click your account avatar or initials in the top-right corner (or use the sidebar) and select 'Preferences' from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Billing

In the Preferences panel, click the 'Billing' tab. This takes you to reflect.app/preferences/billing where your current plan, renewal date, and payment details are shown.

Manage Subscription

On the Billing page, click the 'Manage subscription' or 'Manage plan' button. This opens the Stripe customer portal in a new tab.

Cancel Plan in Stripe Portal

In the Stripe billing portal, click 'Cancel plan' or 'Cancel subscription'. Confirm the cancellation when prompted. No survey or retention offer screen has been reported.

Confirm Cancellation

You will receive a confirmation email at your registered address. Your access to Reflect continues until the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual).
