Yes. Canceling stops the auto-renewal but your Same Day Unlimited benefits remain active through the end of your current paid annual period, up to the day before your renewal date.

Will I get a refund when I cancel?

No. The Same Day Unlimited annual membership fee ($49 US / $59 CAD) is non-refundable once charged. To avoid being billed, cancel before your 30-day free trial ends or before your renewal date.

Can I reactivate my Same Day Unlimited subscription after canceling?

Yes. You can re-subscribe to Same Day Unlimited at any time through your account's Subscriptions page at sephora.com. A new annual fee will apply at the current rate.

What if I can't cancel online?

How do I cancel if I signed up through the Sephora app?

Sign in to Sephora.com

Go to sephora.com and click the profile icon in the top-right corner, then select 'Sign In'. Enter your Beauty Insider account email and password.

Open My Account

After signing in, click your profile icon again and select 'My Account' from the dropdown menu to open your account dashboard.

Navigate to Subscriptions

In your account dashboard, locate and click the 'Subscriptions' section. This takes you to https://www.sephora.com/profile/MyAccount/Subscriptions where all active subscriptions are listed.

Select Same Day Unlimited

Find your 'Same Day Unlimited' subscription in the list and click on it to open the subscription management page.

Turn off auto-renewal

On the subscription detail page, click 'Cancel Subscription' or toggle off 'Auto Renewal'. You may be shown a confirmation screen with a prompt asking if you're sure you want to cancel.

Confirm cancellation

Click 'Confirm Cancellation' on the confirmation dialog to finalize. You should receive a cancellation confirmation email to your Beauty Insider account email address.
