No. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period (expiration date). You can continue using Premium features until then.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Spark generally does not provide refunds for unused subscription periods. For Teams plans, fees are prorated based on the number of active users during the subscription period and refunded to your payment method or Spark Account balance.

What happens to my emails and data after I cancel?

Your emails remain stored with your email provider (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) — Spark is a client and does not store your emails. You will lose access to Premium features (AI tools, templates, etc.) but can continue using the free tier.

Can I reactivate my Spark Premium subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time through Spark Settings → your account → Premium Subscription, or through the App Store / Google Play Store on mobile.

How do I cancel if I subscribed on a Huawei device?

Subscriptions purchased through Huawei AppGallery must be cancelled through the Huawei support portal. Contact Spark support via their in-app chatbot if you need further assistance.

How do I cancel the free trial before being charged?

Cancel at least 24 hours before the 7-day trial ends using the same method as a paid subscription (Spark Settings → Manage, or via App Store/Google Play). You will not be charged if cancelled within the trial window.

Open Spark Settings

Launch the Spark Mail app on your desktop (Mac or Windows) or go to the Spark web app. Click the gear icon or navigate to Settings.

Click your email address

In the Settings panel, click your email address or account name displayed at the top of the left sidebar to open account details.

Click 'Manage' next to Premium Subscription

Locate the 'Premium Subscription' section and click the 'Manage' button next to it.

Cancel your subscription

In the subscription management screen, select the option to cancel your subscription and confirm the cancellation.

iOS alternative: Cancel via App Store

If you subscribed on iPhone/iPad, open the iOS Settings app → tap your name (Apple ID) → tap 'Subscriptions' → find 'Spark Mail' → tap 'Cancel Subscription'.
