When does my access end after I cancel?

Your access continues until the end of your current subscription period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period for which notice was given, not immediately upon sending the notice.

Will I be charged a fee if I cancel early?

Yes. If you cancel before the end of your current subscription period, Tomorro charges an early termination fee equal to your monthly subscription amount multiplied by the number of months remaining in the period. To avoid this, time your cancellation notice so it takes effect at the natural end of your subscription.

How much advance notice do I need to give to avoid auto-renewal?

You must give at least 1 month's written notice before the end of your current subscription period. Subscriptions automatically renew for successive 12-month periods if no notice is given in time.

What happens to my contracts and data after cancellation?

Access to the Tomorro platform is terminated at the end of the contract. You have a 30-day window after termination to request return of all your documents. Tomorro provides free data reversibility services to transfer your data in standard formats — contact finance@tomorro.com to request this.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can contact Tomorro's sales or support team to discuss reactivation. Within the platform, individual negotiation projects can be relaunched via the 'Relaunch negotiation' button, but full account reactivation requires contacting the team.

Is there a free trial and how do I cancel it?

Tomorro offers a complimentary 2-week free trial. No charges apply if you discontinue after the trial ends. To cancel during the trial, contact finance@tomorro.com or use the in-app chat before the trial period expires.

Check your subscription end date

Log in at app.gotomorro.com and review your account details to find your current subscription period end date. You must send written notice at least 1 month before the end of the period, or your subscription auto-renews for another 12 months.

Use in-app chat or email

There is no self-serve cancellation button. To cancel, either: (a) click the 'Help & Documentation' button at the bottom-left of the Tomorro interface (above your name) to open a live chat with support, or (b) send a cancellation email directly to finance@tomorro.com.

Send written cancellation notice

In your email or chat message, clearly state your intent to cancel your Tomorro subscription, your company/account name, and the effective termination date (end of current subscription period). Written notice is required by their Terms & Conditions. Subject line suggestion: 'Subscription Cancellation Notice – [Your Company Name]'.

Request written confirmation

Ask Tomorro to confirm receipt of your cancellation notice and the exact date your subscription will terminate. Keep this confirmation for your records.

Export your contract data

After receiving confirmation, export all your contracts and documents before the subscription end date. Tomorro offers free data reversibility services — you have 30 days after termination to request return of all documents in standard formats. Contact finance@tomorro.com or use in-app chat to request the data export.
