Check active subscriptions

Send a free SMS with any text to number 2828. You will receive a reply listing all active paid services and subscriptions on your number, along with instructions for each one. Alternatively, dial the USSD code *600# to see active services.

Log in to My Vodafone

Open the My Vodafone app (available on Google Play and App Store) or go to my.vodafone.ua. Log in using your Vodafone mobile number and the one-time SMS code sent to your phone.

Navigate to Services

In the app, tap the 'Послуги' (Services) tab in the bottom navigation. On the website, click 'Мої послуги' (My Services) in the main menu after logging in.

Find the subscription to cancel

Under 'Підключені послуги' (Connected services) or 'Доступні послуги' (Available services), locate the specific paid subscription or service you want to cancel (e.g., a content pack, streaming add-on, or data pass).

Deactivate the service

Tap or click the service name to open its detail page, then press the 'Деактивувати' (Deactivate) button. Confirm the action when prompted. You will receive an SMS confirmation that the service has been disconnected.

For full contract termination — contact support

To terminate the mobile contract entirely, call *77 (free from your Vodafone number) and request termination. You must notify Vodafone at least 30 calendar days in advance. Alternatively, submit a written application via the online chat at vodafone.ua/support or visit any Vodafone store with your passport and contract number.

Confirm termination in writing

For contract termination via chat or email: take clear photos or scans of your signed termination application and passport ID page. Send them through the support chat at vodafone.ua/support or to the email address provided by the support agent. Await written confirmation. Processing takes 1–3 business days for individuals.
