Will I still have access to VWO after cancelling?

Yes. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, VWO retains your data for up to 45 days before permanent deletion begins between 45–90 days after termination.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

No. VWO does not issue refunds for the current billing period or for unused months on annual plans. Refunds are also not provided on plan upgrades or downgrades.

What happens to my test data and campaigns after cancellation?

Ongoing experiments are halted and you lose access to A/B testing, heatmaps, and feedback tools. Your data is retained for 45 days after the subscription ends, then permanently deleted between 45 and 90 days post-termination. You should export your data within this window.

Can I reactivate my VWO account after cancelling?

Yes, you can resubscribe through the normal sign-up process at vwo.com. VWO may sometimes offer special reactivation deals when you return.

Who is allowed to cancel a VWO subscription?

Only the account owner or workspace admins of the main workspace can cancel the subscription. If the original owner is no longer available, you must contact support@vwo.com for assistance.

How do I fully delete my VWO account?

For Starter and free trial accounts, go to Profile → Settings → Subscription and Invoices → My Subscription → ellipsis icon → Delete Account, then verify with an OTP sent to your email. Growth, Pro, and Enterprise plan holders must email support@vwo.com to request full account deletion.

Log into your VWO account

Go to vwo.com and log in with your account owner or workspace admin credentials. Only the account owner or workspace admins can initiate cancellation.

Open Account Settings

Click your profile menu icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard, then select 'Settings' from the dropdown.

Navigate to My Subscription

In the left-side navigation panel, click 'Subscription and Invoices', then select 'My Subscription'.

Open subscription options

Find your active subscription and click the ellipsis icon (...) on the right side of the subscription row.

Select Cancel Subscription

From the dropdown menu that appears, click 'Cancel Subscription'.

Enter cancellation reason

Select or type your reason for cancellation in the form provided.

Submit cancellation request

Click 'Raise a cancellation request' to submit. A confirmation popup will appear — click 'Ok' to confirm.
