Export your data
Before cancelling, export any databases or content you want to keep. Log in to app.xata.io, navigate to your workspace, and use the database export options. After account termination you have a 30-day window to retrieve your content.
Open the Xata Support Portal
Go to support.xata.io and sign in using Single Sign-On with your Google account or your support portal username and password.
Submit a cancellation request
Click 'Submit a request' in the support portal. Select your workspace from the dropdown (if you belong to more than one), set the priority, and state clearly in the subject and body that you want to cancel your subscription. Alternatively, email support@xata.io directly with your account email and workspace name.
Await confirmation from Xata support
Xata's support team will confirm the cancellation. Per their Terms of Service, the termination becomes effective at the start of your next billing or renewal period.
Verify cancellation is processed
Check your email for a confirmation from Xata support. Your subscription will end at the start of the next billing cycle; you will not be charged again after that date.
