Can I still use XMind Premium features after cancelling?

Yes. Cancellation stops auto-renewal but your Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan.

Can I get a refund when I cancel?

XMind offers a 7-day money-back guarantee only for annual Pro plan purchases made directly through the XMind website. Monthly and quarterly subscriptions are non-refundable. For App Store purchases, refunds must be requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Contact support@xmind.app with your order number to request an eligible refund.

Does deleting the app or my account cancel the subscription?

No. Uninstalling the XMind app or deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel explicitly through the Billing settings on the website or through the App Store / Google Play if you subscribed there.

How do I cancel if I subscribed through the App Store or Google Play?

For iOS: go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → select Xmind → tap 'Cancel Subscription'. For Android: open Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → select Xmind → tap 'Cancel Subscription'.

What happens to my mind maps and data after cancellation?

Your mind maps and data remain accessible under the free plan's limits. Premium-only features (e.g., advanced templates, unlimited storage) will no longer be available, but your existing files are not deleted.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time by returning to the Billing section in your XMind account settings and selecting a new plan. Your previous data and mind maps will still be there.

Sign in to XMind

Go to xmind.app and sign in to your XMind account with your email and password.

Open My Works settings

In the left sidebar, locate 'My Works' (your personal space). Click the 'Settings' icon or option next to 'My Works'.

Navigate to Billing

In the Settings popup/panel, click on 'Billing'. This opens the Current Plan page showing your active subscription details.

Click Cancel

On the Current Plan page, click the 'Cancel' button to initiate subscription cancellation. Alternatively, some account views show a 'Manage' button followed by a 'Turn Off Auto-Renew' option.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation when prompted. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period — no immediate loss of access.
