Sign in to Zcal

Go to zcal.co and sign in to your account using your credentials.

Open Account Settings

Navigate to zcal.co/account to access your account settings page.

Click 'Manage Billing'

On the account settings page, locate and click the 'Manage Billing' button. This opens the Stripe customer billing portal in a new context.

Select 'Cancel Plan' in the Stripe portal

Inside the Stripe billing portal, find your active subscription and click 'Cancel Plan' (or 'Cancel subscription').

Confirm cancellation

Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation. You may be asked to provide a reason for cancelling before the cancellation is finalised.
