Can I still use Rize after cancelling?

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Rize's terms state the service continues 'for the periodic subscription term chosen by you' until terminated, so you retain access through the period you've already paid for.

Will I get a refund after cancelling?

No. Rize has a strict no-refund policy. Fees paid for any subscription term 'will not be prorated upon cancellation and/or termination and all fees paid through the date of termination are nonrefundable.'

How do I reactivate my Rize subscription?

You can reactivate by returning to Settings > Account and selecting a new subscription plan. Contact support@rize.io if you need assistance reactivating.

How do I delete my Rize account and all my data?

You must cancel your subscription first, then go to Settings > Account and select the account deletion option. Deletion is permanent and irreversible — all associated data will be removed.

What happens if I miss the cancellation deadline before renewal?

Your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged for the next term. Rize will not refund charges made after renewal. Cancel before your Renewal Date to avoid this.

Do I need to cancel both via the dashboard and email?

Rize's Terms of Service state you must cancel 'by email and dashboard (if available)' prior to the Renewal Date. To be safe, complete the in-app cancellation via Settings > Account and also send a confirmation email to support@rize.io.

Log in to your Rize account

Go to rize.io and sign in with your account credentials.

Open Settings

Click on 'Settings' from the main navigation or menu.

Go to Account tab

Inside Settings, click on the 'Account' section.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

Locate and click the 'Cancel Subscription' option within the Account settings page.

Confirm cancellation

Follow any on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation. Make sure to complete this before your next Renewal Date to avoid being charged for another term.

Optional: Send cancellation email

Per Rize's Terms of Service, cancellation should also be done 'by email and dashboard.' Send a cancellation request to support@rize.io from your account email address, including your account details and reason for cancellation, to ensure the cancellation is fully processed.
