Log in to Vimeo

Go to vimeo.com and log in to your account using your email and password.

Open account menu

Click your profile picture or avatar in the top-right corner of the page to open the account dropdown menu.

Go to Settings

Select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu. This takes you to your account settings page.

Navigate to Billing

In the left-hand sidebar, click 'Billing'. This opens your billing and membership details.

Locate your Membership plan

On the Billing page, find the 'Membership plan' section which shows your current Pro plan and renewal date.

Click Cancel subscription

In the lower area of the Membership plan section, click the 'Cancel subscription' link or button.

Confirm cancellation

Vimeo will present a confirmation screen (and may show a retention offer to keep your plan or downgrade). Confirm your decision by clicking 'Cancel subscription' or 'Yes, cancel' to finalize.
