Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Ahrefs generally does not offer refunds or prorated credits for unused time. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the cycle ends but will not be reimbursed for the remaining days.

How do I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Log in to Ahrefs

Go to ahrefs.com and log in to your account using your registered email address and password.

Open Account Settings

Click on your account name or avatar in the top-right corner of the Ahrefs Dashboard to open the dropdown menu, then select 'Account Settings'.

Navigate to Billing

In Account Settings, locate the 'Workspace' section in the left sidebar and click on 'Billing'.

Go to the Subscriptions tab

Inside the Billing page, click the 'Subscriptions' tab to view your active subscription details.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

Find your active plan and click the 'Cancel Subscription' button below it.

Confirm cancellation

A 'Cancel Subscription' pop-up dialog will appear. Click 'Proceed to cancel' to confirm. You will receive a confirmation email. Your subscription remains active until the last day of the current billing cycle, after which the account automatically downgrades to the free Ahrefs Webmaster Tools tier.
