Will I lose access immediately after canceling?

No. Your account remains active and accessible until the end of your current paid billing period. After that, the account is suspended and locked.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Everhour has a strict no-refund policy. The only exceptions are: (1) canceling before the 30th day after signup, before the first invoice is processed — your card won't be charged at all; and (2) charges made due to a system error, if reported within 24 hours.

What happens to my data after the account is locked?

All data is stored on Everhour's servers indefinitely, but you cannot access it until you resubscribe. It is strongly recommended to export your data before canceling via Team Settings > 'Download JSON', or from the Reports section as CSV/Excel/PDF.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

Yes. The 'Reactivate subscription' button appears on the Billing page after cancellation. You can restore your plan any time before the billing period ends.

Can I downgrade to a free plan instead of canceling?

No. There is no downgrade path from the Team plan to a free plan once the trial has ended. Cancellation is the only way to stop being billed.

Can I delete my account entirely?

Yes, but only after canceling your subscription first. Go to Team Settings and use the 'Delete Account' option, which becomes available once the subscription is canceled.

Log in as team owner

Log in to your Everhour account at app.everhour.com. Only the team owner can access billing settings — regular admins and members cannot cancel the subscription.

Open Account menu

Click 'Account' in the left navigation menu.

Go to Billing

Click 'Billing' in the Account submenu to open your subscription and payment settings.

Click 'Cancel plan'

Find and click the 'Cancel plan' button on the Billing page.

Select a cancellation reason

A prompt appears requiring you to specify a reason for cancellation. Select your reason from the options provided — this step is mandatory before you can proceed.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation. A confirmation email is sent to the account owner. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
