Note: Phind has shut down
Phind permanently shut down on January 16, 2026. All Phind Pro subscriptions were automatically cancelled on that date. If you were a paid subscriber, a prorated refund was issued to your original payment method. There is no active service to cancel.
Check for prorated refund
If you had an active Phind Pro subscription at the time of shutdown, a prorated refund should have been automatically issued to the credit or debit card on file via Stripe. Check your bank or card statement for a refund from 'Phind' or 'Stripe'.
Contact support if refund is missing
If you believe you are owed a refund that has not appeared, email Phind's support at the address from your original signup confirmation email, or dispute the charge with your bank or card issuer citing the service shutdown as grounds.
Pre-shutdown cancellation process (historical reference)
Before shutdown, Phind Pro was cancelled via: Log in → click your avatar/profile icon (top right) → Settings → Billing → 'Manage Subscription' → this opened the Stripe customer billing portal where you clicked 'Cancel plan'.
