Will I still have access after cancelling?

Yes. When you cancel your Pickbox NOW subscription, the service remains active until the end of your current billing period (the package expiration date). You will not lose access immediately.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Standard cancellations do not entitle you to a refund, as the service remains active until expiration. However, under EU consumer law, you have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days and receive a full refund via the same payment method. You can submit the termination form available on the Pickbox website.

How far in advance should I cancel before the renewal date?

You should cancel before the auto-renewal date. Note that Pickbox NOW subscriptions automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date, so cancel at least 3–4 days ahead of renewal to avoid being charged for another period.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time by logging into your account and selecting a new subscription plan. Your account and preferences are retained after cancellation.

What if I subscribed through Google Play or Apple App Store?

If you subscribed via Google Play or the Apple App Store, you must cancel directly through those platforms (Google Play > Subscriptions, or iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions), not through the Pickbox NOW website.

Go to Pickbox NOW website

Open your browser and navigate to www.pickboxnow.com. Make sure you are not already logged in, or proceed directly to the login page.

Log in to your account

Click 'Login' in the top navigation bar. Enter your registered email address and password, then click 'Login' to sign in.

Open your profile menu

Once logged in, click on your profile icon or username in the top-right corner of the page to open the account dropdown menu.

Go to 'My Subscription'

From the dropdown menu, select 'My Subscription' to open your current subscription details and management options.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

On the subscription management page, locate and click the 'Cancel Subscription' (or 'Cancel Plan') button. This option is displayed alongside your active plan details.

Confirm cancellation

A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to confirm your decision. Click 'Confirm' or 'Cancel Subscription' to complete the process. You will receive a confirmation that your subscription has been cancelled.
