Will I lose my projects when I cancel?

No. Your projects and data remain accessible after downgrading to the free Starter plan, though you are limited to 2 projects, 50 KB sources per agent, 100 AI credits per month, and 1 editor seat.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

No. Voiceflow's Terms of Service state all payments — monthly and annual — are non-refundable. This includes unused credits and remaining months on annual plans.

When does my paid access end after cancelling?

You retain full paid-plan access until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, the workspace automatically downgrades to the free Starter (Sandbox) plan.

How do I reactivate my subscription?

You can re-subscribe at any time by going back to Teams & Billing → Billing and selecting an upgrade. Your workspace and data are preserved on the free plan in the meantime.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Data persists on the free plan within its limits. Voiceflow's Terms note they have no formal obligation to retain user content after termination. For full data deletion, you can submit a request via yourdigitalrights.org.

Can I cancel an Enterprise plan myself?

No. Enterprise plan cancellations are not self-service. You must contact support@voiceflow.com or your assigned Customer Success Manager to cancel.

Go to https://creator.voiceflow.com and sign in to your account.

Open Teams & Billing

In the left sidebar, click 'Teams & Billing'.

Go to the Billing tab

At the top of the Teams & Billing page, click the 'Billing' tab.

Find the cancellation option

Scroll to the bottom of the Billing page to locate the 'Cancel Subscription' button. It is not prominently displayed — you must scroll down to find it.

Click Cancel Subscription

Click the 'Cancel Subscription' button.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation when prompted. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, then automatically downgrade to the free Starter plan.
