Can I still use Minut after canceling?

Yes. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual). You will not be charged again after that date.

Will I receive a refund when I cancel?

No. Minut does not issue refunds for payments already made toward the current subscription period. Cancellation only stops future renewals.

What happens to unused credits when I cancel?

Any credits remaining on your account at the end of your subscription period expire and cannot be refunded or withdrawn. Use them before your subscription ends.

Can I reactivate my Minut subscription after canceling?

Yes. You can reactivate your plan at any time by logging back into the Minut Web App and selecting a new plan under My Account > Plan, Billing & Payments.

How do I delete my Minut account entirely?

Account deletion is handled via email. Send a request to privacy@minut.com to have your account and associated personal data anonymized and removed.

Can I cancel by email instead of through the app?

Yes. You can send written notice to hello@minut.com at least 7 days before your subscription renewal date as an alternative to canceling through the billing portal.

Go to the Minut Web App

Open a browser and navigate to web.minut.com. Sign in with your Minut account email and password.

Open My Account

Click your profile icon or account name in the top-right corner of the dashboard, then select 'My Account' from the dropdown menu.

Go to Plan, Billing & Payments

Inside My Account, click the 'Plan, Billing & Payments' tab to view your current subscription details, invoices, and billing options.

Select Change Plan or Cancel

Locate your active plan and click the 'Change Plan' button. From the plan options presented, choose to downgrade or look for the cancellation option at the bottom of the plan selection screen.

Confirm Cancellation

Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm you wish to cancel. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not auto-renew.
