What happens to my data after cancelling?

Click your profile picture in the bottom-left corner, then select 'Settings' from the menu.

Go to Billing tab

Inside Settings, click the 'Billing' tab to open your subscription and payment details.

Click 'Manage Subscription'

On the Billing page, click the 'Manage Subscription' button (may also appear as 'Change Payment' depending on your plan).

Select 'Cancel Plan'

Click the 'Cancel Plan' option in the subscription management screen.

Provide optional feedback

Taskade may show a brief survey asking why you're cancelling. This step is optional — you can skip it or fill it in.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm your cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free tier.
