Sign in to Atlassian Admin
Go to admin.atlassian.com and sign in with your admin account.
Select your organization
Choose the organization whose subscription you want to cancel.
Go to Billing
Navigate to 'Billing' in the administration panel.
Click Manage subscription
Find your Jira/Confluence subscription and click 'Manage'.
Select Cancel subscription
Click 'Cancel subscription' and review the impact.
Export your data
Before confirming, export your project data, issues, and wiki content.
Confirm cancellation
Follow the confirmation steps. Data is retained for a limited period before deletion.
