Sign in to Adobe Account
Go to account.adobe.com and sign in with your Adobe ID.
Go to Plans
Click 'Plans' in the left navigation.
Click Manage Plan
Find your Photoshop plan and click 'Manage plan'.
Select Cancel Plan
Click 'Cancel plan' from the dropdown options.
Navigate retention screens
Adobe presents 3-4 screens with discount offers and alternatives. Decline each to proceed.
Review early termination fee
If on an annual plan, you'll see the early termination fee. Review and accept.
Confirm cancellation
Click the final 'Confirm' button to cancel your Photoshop subscription.
