When does the cancellation take effect?

Cancellation takes effect on your next billing renewal date (fordulónapon), not immediately. Your Premium plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Can I get a refund for unused time?

Yes. Prepaid subscription fees are refunded pro-rata within 30 days of cancellation, provided the account has no outstanding balance. Note that refunds are calculated at the standard (non-discounted) price, so if you received a promotional discount, your refund may be smaller than expected.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

MiniCRM retains all your CRM data for 90 days after contract termination. You can request an export of your data in XML format at no charge. After 90 days, your CRM data is permanently deleted. Billing and invoice data is retained for 10–15 years per Hungarian legal requirements.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. Since the in-app flow downgrades to a free account rather than deleting it, you can reactivate a paid plan at any time by returning to Beállítások → Előfizetés and selecting a paid package.

Do I need to be an administrator to cancel?

Yes. Only users with administrator (adminisztrátor) privileges can access the subscription settings and initiate cancellation. Regular users cannot cancel the subscription.

How do I fully delete my account rather than just downgrading?

For complete contract termination, contact MiniCRM support directly at help@minicrm.hu or by phone at +36 (1) 999-0402. Per their Terms of Service, you may terminate with immediate effect without providing a specific reason.

Log in to MiniCRM

Log in to your MiniCRM account at https://r3.minicrm.hu/ using your administrator credentials. Only users with administrator (adminisztrátor) privileges can access subscription settings.

Open Settings

In the left sidebar, click 'Beállítások' (Settings) to expand the settings menu.

Navigate to Subscription

Click 'Előfizetés' (Subscription) in the settings menu to open the subscription management page.

Click Modify Subscription

Click the button labelled 'Módosítom az előfizetésem' (Modify my subscription) to open the plan selection screen.

Select the Free Plan

Select the '#free' package from the available plan options to downgrade your account.

Confirm Cancellation

Click the link 'Lemondom a … csomagomat' (Cancel my … package) and confirm the cancellation. Your Premium plan will remain active until the current billing period ends (fordulónapon — the next renewal date).

If you want a complete contract termination rather than a downgrade to the free tier, email help@minicrm.hu or call +36 (1) 999-0402. Request termination in writing and ask for your data export in XML format.
