No. You retain full access to all Akiflow features until the end of your current billing period, whether you are on a monthly or yearly plan.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Akiflow's policy states that purchases are non-refundable for unused time. However, users in the EU, UK, Australia, and some regions of Canada may be entitled to a cooling-off period of 10–14 days under local consumer protection laws.

How do I reactivate my Akiflow subscription?

You can reactivate by logging back into app.akiflow.com and going through the subscription/sign-up process again to choose a plan.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

Your data remains in your account after cancellation. If you want to permanently delete your account and data, go to Settings → Account → Manage Account and use the delete account option at the bottom of the page.

What if I subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play?

If your subscription was purchased through Apple or Google, you must cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings or Google Play subscription management — not through the Akiflow app itself.

Who do I contact if the online cancellation doesn't work?

Email support@akiflow.com or use the in-app 'Chat with us' option (available on weekdays) to request assistance with cancellation.

Log in to Akiflow

Go to app.akiflow.com and sign in using the passwordless login system (magic link sent to your email — no password required).

Open Settings

Once inside the app, click the gear icon or navigate to 'Settings' from the left sidebar or main menu.

Go to Account

In Settings, select 'Account' from the navigation options.

Click Manage Account

Click the 'Manage Account' button or link within the Account section.

Open Billing

Click on 'Billing' to access your subscription and payment information.

Click Manage Subscription

Click the 'Manage Subscription' option on the Billing page.

Click Cancel Subscription

Scroll down below the plans information and click the 'Cancel subscription' button.

Complete the cancellation flow

Follow all prompts to confirm cancellation — do not exit the flow early or your subscription will remain active. The system may ask for cancellation feedback before finalizing.
