No. Your account stays fully active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, the account moves to a limited free tier and is deleted 90 days after the cancellation date.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Simple Analytics does not offer refunds as a general policy. Amounts already paid are non-refundable. If you are on an annual plan, you remain liable for the full contracted amount even if you cancel early.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes, you can resubscribe through the same account settings page before your account is fully deleted (within the 90-day window). Historical analytics data may still be recoverable if you reactivate within approximately 60 days.

What happens to my analytics data when I cancel?

Scroll to find the 'Cancel your subscription' button on the account settings page and click it.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period — no immediate loss of access.
