Will I lose access immediately after canceling?

No. You keep full access to your workspaces until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual). Cancellation stops future charges but does not cut off access right away.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Planable's general policy is no refunds. However, users on annual Basic or Pro plans may request a refund within 14 days of a renewal payment or initial payment by emailing support@planable.io. Enterprise and Custom plans are not eligible for refunds.

How do I reactivate my subscription?

Since your account is not deleted upon cancellation, you can reactivate by returning to the Billing section in app.planable.io and choosing a plan before or after your access expires.

What happens to my data after I cancel?

Published content is automatically archived one year after the publication date, then permanently deleted after a period depending on your former subscription tier. Your account data remains until you explicitly delete your account through the in-app settings.

How do I cancel an Enterprise or Custom plan?

Enterprise and Custom plan holders cannot self-cancel through the UI. You must email support@planable.io with written notice at least 90 days before your desired cancellation date.

What are pro-rata credits and will I receive them?

If you downgrade or remove users/workspaces mid-cycle, Planable applies a pro-rata credit to your account for future invoices. These credits cannot be withdrawn as cash and are not issued as refunds.

Log into Planable

Go to app.planable.io and sign in to your account.

Open your profile menu

Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the interface to open a dropdown menu.

Go to Billing

Select "Billing" from the dropdown menu to open the Billing Dashboard.

Find your subscription

On the Billing Dashboard, locate the Subscription section showing your current plan and renewal date.

Click Cancel Subscription

Click the "Cancel Subscription" button. The page may also show a downgrade option as an alternative — ignore it if you want to fully cancel.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation when prompted. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
