Will I lose access immediately after canceling?

No. Your account remains active with all current features until the end of your paid billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Yesware does not provide refunds for the unused portion of a subscription term. Since it is a prepaid service, you will not receive a partial refund if you cancel mid-cycle.

How do I reactivate my Yesware subscription?

You can reactivate by logging back into your account, going to Plans and Usage, and selecting a new plan. Your account data should still be accessible if you reactivate before it is purged.

What happens to my data after I cancel?

Your tracked emails, templates, and campaign data remain in your account through the end of your billing period. For data deletion requests, contact Yesware at billing@yesware.com or call 1-855-937-9273.

Can I downgrade to the free plan instead of canceling?

Yesware offers a free plan. You can downgrade to it from the Plans and Usage page rather than fully canceling. Note that removing the free plan entirely requires a separate step via 'Remove Yesware's Free Plan' in account settings.

What if I can't find the Cancel Renewal button?

Only account admins can cancel a subscription. If you are not the account admin, ask your admin to perform the cancellation. Alternatively, contact support at billing@yesware.com or call 1-855-937-9273 for assistance.

Go to yesware.com and sign in to your account using your credentials.

Open Plans and Usage

Once logged in, navigate to the 'Plans and Usage' page from your account dashboard or settings menu.

Scroll to the bottom of the page

Scroll all the way down the Plans and Usage page to find the cancellation option.

Click 'Cancel Renewal'

Click the 'Cancel Renewal' button located at the bottom of the Plans and Usage page.

Confirm cancellation

When prompted, confirm your cancellation. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
