Will I still have access to Disney+ after I cancel?

Yes. After canceling, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You can continue watching until that date at no extra charge.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Disney+ does not offer refunds for partially used billing periods. However, if you cancel within 7 days of first subscribing, you may be eligible for a full refund. There are no cancellation fees.

How do I reactivate my Disney+ subscription?

Your Disney account is not deleted when you cancel — only the subscription ends. You can reactivate at any time by logging back in and selecting 'Restart Subscription' on your account page or during the billing period before it expires.

What if I subscribed through Apple, Google, or Amazon?

You must cancel through the platform you used to sign up. For Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Disney+ → Cancel. For Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Disney+ → Cancel. For Amazon: Amazon Memberships & Subscriptions → Disney+ → Cancel.

Does canceling Disney+ also cancel my Hulu or ESPN+ bundle?

No. If you have a bundle (Disney+ / Hulu / ESPN+), canceling Disney+ only removes that service. You will continue to be billed for the remaining bundle components. To cancel everything, each service must be canceled separately.

Will Disney delete my account data if I cancel?

No. Canceling your subscription does not delete your Disney account. Your watchlist, profile, and data are retained. To fully delete your account you must contact Disney+ support separately through their help center.

Log in to Disney+

Go to disneyplus.com in a web browser (desktop or mobile browser — cancellation is not possible through the Disney+ smart TV app). Sign in with your Disney+ email and password.

Open your Profile menu

Click or tap your Profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen. A dropdown menu will appear.

Go to Account

Select 'Account' from the dropdown menu. This takes you to your account settings page.

Select your subscription

Scroll down to the 'Subscription' section. Click on your active Disney+ subscription to open the subscription management page.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

Click the 'Cancel Subscription' link on the subscription details page.

Select a cancellation reason

A prompt will ask you to choose a reason for canceling (e.g. 'Too expensive', 'Not enough content', 'Temporary break'). Select one from the list.

Confirm cancellation

Click 'Continue' to confirm the cancellation. You will see a confirmation screen stating your cancellation date and when access ends.
