Sign in to Norton account

Go to my.norton.com and sign in with your Norton account email and password.

Open My Subscriptions

Once signed in, click on 'My Account' in the top navigation, then select the 'My Subscriptions' tab to see all active plans.

Click 'Cancel Subscription Renewal' or 'Manage Renewal'

Find your Norton 360 subscription in the list. Click the 'Cancel Subscription Renewal' or 'Manage Renewal' button next to it.

Click 'Unsubscribe'

On the renewal management page, locate the 'Plan Renewal' section and click 'Unsubscribe'.

Select a cancellation reason

Decline retention offers

Norton presents one or more retention offers (discounted renewal, plan downgrade, or free extension). Click 'No thanks, cancel my subscription' to proceed past these screens.

Confirm cancellation

Click 'Next' on the final confirmation screen. A confirmation message will appear. Allow up to 24 hours for the change to reflect in your account. You will retain access until the end of the current paid billing period.
