Yes. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will have full access to Shadow PC until that date.

Will I get a refund when I cancel?

No. Shadow does not issue refunds upon cancellation. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle and you will not be charged again. Exceptions may apply under local consumer protection laws.

Will my data be deleted after cancellation?

Yes. Your files stored on Shadow PC will be permanently deleted once your subscription ends. Back up all important data before your subscription expires.

Can I reactivate my Shadow subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can reactivate your subscription at any time from your account page. However, previously deleted data cannot be recovered.

What is the deadline to cancel before my next renewal?

You must cancel at least 48 hours before your subscription renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

Can I cancel via support if I have trouble with the website?

Log in to your Shadow account

Go to shadow.tech and sign in to your account using your email and password.

Go to the PCs section

Once logged in, navigate to your account dashboard and click on 'PCs' under the Shadow PC section.

Select your subscription

Click on the Shadow PC subscription you want to cancel to open its details.

Click 'Cancel my subscription'

Scroll to the bottom of the subscription details page and click the 'Cancel my subscription' button.

Confirm cancellation

A confirmation prompt will appear. Confirm that you want to cancel your subscription. A final summary will display your billing cycle end date.

Check for confirmation email

After confirming, your account page will update to reflect the cancellation and you will receive a confirmation email. Your access continues until the end of the current billing month.
