Log in to Nintex Customer Central
Go to https://customer.nintex.com and sign in with your Nintex account credentials.
Check your subscription end date
Navigate to the 'Contracts' section to find your subscription 'End Date' from your Order Form. You must submit non-renewal notice at least 30 days before this date.
Submit a non-renewal support case
In Customer Central, go to 'Cases' > 'Create Case' and submit a written notice of non-renewal. Alternatively, email CSM@nintex.com or licensing@nintex.com with your account details and intent not to renew.
Contact your Renewal Manager
Nintex proactively reaches out ~60 days before expiry. Reply to your assigned Renewal Manager in writing, or call Nintex at +1 (425) 324-2400 to request contact with your account's Renewal Manager.
Get written confirmation
Ensure you receive written confirmation that your non-renewal notice has been received and logged. Keep this for your records in case of disputes.
Export your data before expiry
In Nintex Workflow Cloud, go to Administration > Data Export and export all document and envelope data before your subscription end date. Exported files are only available for 30 days after creation.
