Can I still access my dashboard after cancelling?

Yes, you retain full access to your stats dashboard until the end of your current billing period. Once it expires, the dashboard is locked but data is not deleted.

Will my data be deleted when I cancel?

No. Cancelling your subscription does not delete your data. Plausible retains all your stats indefinitely. Data is only permanently deleted if you explicitly delete your account via Account Settings → Danger Zone → "Delete Account".

Are there any refunds for unused time?

No. Plausible's Terms of Service state that all fees paid are non-refundable. There are no partial or pro-rated refunds for cancellations.

Can I reactivate my subscription later?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time from the same "Subscription" section in Account Settings. All your historical data is preserved and immediately accessible again upon resubscribing.

Can I cancel via email?

No. Plausible's Terms of Service explicitly state that an email to cancel your account is not considered a valid cancellation. You must use the "Cancel plan" button in Account Settings.

Does Plausible keep collecting stats after I cancel?

Stats continue to be collected in the background even after cancellation and dashboard lockout — the same behavior as when you exceed your pageview allowance. You regain access to those stats if you resubscribe.

Go to plausible.io and log in to your account.

Open Account Settings

Click your account name or avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard, then select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.

Scroll to Subscription section

On the Account Settings page, scroll down to find the "Subscription" section, which shows your current plan details and billing information.

Click "Cancel plan"

Click the "Cancel plan" button in the Subscription section. No confirmation dialog or form is shown — the cancellation is processed immediately.

Confirm cancellation is active

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that date, your dashboard will be locked but your data will not be deleted.
