Log in to your account

Go to https://app.split.io or https://app.harness.io and sign in with your credentials. Split.io was acquired by Harness in 2024 and accounts may have been migrated to the Harness platform.

Open the Help menu

In the left-hand navigation sidebar, click 'Help' at the bottom of the menu.

Select 'Submit a ticket'

From the Help submenu, click 'Submit a ticket' to open the support request form.

Fill in the cancellation request form

Complete the form with: Feedback category = 'Question', your email address, Subject = 'FF Subscriptions', and in the message clearly state you wish to cancel your subscription. Set Priority to 'Normal'.

Click 'Send Feedback'

Submit the form by clicking the 'Send Feedback' button. You will receive a confirmation email with a ticket number.

If you cannot access the platform, email support@split.io with your account name, registered email address, and a clear request to cancel. Await a response from the support team confirming cancellation.
