Sign in to Adobe Account
Go to account.adobe.com and sign in with your Adobe ID.
Go to Plans
Click 'Plans' in the left navigation menu.
Click Manage Plan
Find your Firefly plan and click 'Manage plan'.
Select Cancel Plan
Click 'Cancel plan' from the available options.
Navigate retention offers
Adobe will present several retention screens with discount offers. Decline each to continue.
Accept early termination fee if applicable
If on an annual plan paid monthly, you may face an early termination fee of up to 50% of remaining months.
Confirm cancellation
Click 'Confirm' on the final page to complete cancellation.
