Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad

Tap the Settings app on your home screen.

Tap your Apple ID name

At the top of the Settings screen, tap your name to access your Apple ID settings.

Go to Subscriptions

Tap 'Subscriptions' to see all your active Apple subscriptions.

Select Apple Fitness+

Find and tap 'Apple Fitness+' in the list of active subscriptions.

Cancel the subscription

Tap 'Cancel Subscription' at the bottom of the page and confirm. You retain access until the end of the billing cycle.
