What is the difference between Babbel and Babbel Live?

Babbel is a self-paced app subscription. Babbel Live adds live online classes with certified teachers. These are billed separately — cancelling one does not automatically cancel the other.

Log in to Babbel

Go to babbel.com and sign in to your account with your email and password.

Go to Account Settings

Click your name or profile picture in the top-right corner and select "Account" or go directly to my.babbel.com.

Open Subscription Management

In your account page, find the "Subscription" section and click "Manage Subscription" or "Cancel Subscription".

Cancel your plan

Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts. Babbel will ask for a reason and may offer an alternative plan or discount.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm your cancellation on the final screen. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. Check your email for a confirmation.
