Do I keep my designs after cancelling Canva Pro?

Yes. All your designs remain saved in your Canva account. However, designs that use Pro-only elements (premium photos, fonts, or templates) will show a watermark or prompt you to upgrade when you try to export them.

What happens to my Brand Kit after cancelling?

Your Brand Kit (brand colors, logos, fonts) is a Canva Pro feature. After cancelling, you will lose access to the Brand Kit, but your designs that already use it are not deleted — they just can't be edited with Brand Kit settings.

Can I cancel Canva Pro if I subscribed through the App Store?

If you subscribed via Google Play or Apple App Store, you must cancel through that platform, not through Canva directly. Go to your App Store subscriptions and cancel Canva Pro from there.

Log in to Canva

Go to canva.com and sign in with your account.

Open Account Settings

Click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select 'Account settings' from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Billing and Plans

Click 'Billing & plans' in the left sidebar. You will see your current Canva Pro or Teams subscription details.

Cancel Subscription

Click 'Cancel subscription' under your current plan. Canva will show you what features you will lose — including Brand Kit, background remover, and premium elements.

Confirm Cancellation

Select your reason for cancelling from the list and click 'Continue'. Confirm the cancellation on the final screen. Canva will send a confirmation email and your Pro access continues until the billing period ends.
