Yes, pCloud offers lifetime plans (500 GB or 2 TB) for a one-time fee. These do not auto-renew and require no cancellation. Only monthly or annual plans need to be cancelled.

What happens to my files after my subscription ends?

Your files remain in your pCloud account at the free tier (10 GB). If you are over the free limit, you can still access and download your files for a grace period before any deletion.

Go to pcloud.com and log in with your email and password.

Access Account Settings

Click your username or avatar in the top-right corner and select 'Account Settings'.

Navigate to Subscription

Click 'Subscription' in the left menu to view your current plan details.

Cancel Auto-Renewal

Click 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Turn off auto-renewal'. For lifetime plans, no action is needed as there is no recurring charge.

Confirm Cancellation

Confirm the cancellation in the dialog box. Your subscription will not renew and access continues until the end of your current billing period.
