Go to PlayStation Account Management

Visit account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com or open Settings on your PS4/PS5 and navigate to Account Management.

Select Subscription

Go to "Account" → "PlayStation Subscriptions" to see your active PS Plus tier (Essential, Extra, or Premium).

Choose your PS Plus subscription

Click or select your PlayStation Plus subscription from the list of active subscriptions.

Turn off auto-renewal

Select "Turn Off Auto-Renew". PlayStation does not offer mid-period refunds in most cases, so turning off auto-renewal is the recommended approach.

Confirm the change

Confirm that you want to turn off auto-renewal. Your subscription benefits continue until the expiry date shown. You will receive a confirmation email.
