Log in to Plex

Go to plex.tv and sign in with your Plex account credentials.

Go to Account page

Click your profile icon in the top right and select 'Account' from the dropdown menu.

Find Plex Pass subscription

Scroll down to the 'Plex Pass' section on your account page, which shows your current plan and billing details.

Cancel Plex Pass

Click 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Cancel Plan' next to your Plex Pass subscription. Follow the cancellation prompts.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm your cancellation. Your Plex Pass features (hardware transcoding, mobile sync, etc.) will continue until the end of your billing period. The free Plex app remains functional.
