What happens to my domain?

If you registered a domain through Squarespace, it remains yours but you'll need to manage it separately or transfer it.

Can I export my content?

Yes, export your content from Settings > Advanced > Import/Export before cancelling.

Squarespace offers refunds within 14 days for annual plans. Monthly plans are not refunded.

Sign in to Squarespace

Go to squarespace.com and sign in to your account.

Go to Account Settings

Click your profile icon and select 'Account Settings'.

Navigate to Billing

Click 'Billing' in the account settings.

Select the site to cancel

Choose the website subscription you want to cancel.

Click Cancel

Click 'Cancel' and follow the prompts, selecting a reason for cancellation.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm your cancellation. Your site remains live until the billing period ends.
