Log in to Sync.com

Go to sync.com and sign in with your email and password.

Open Account Settings

Click your name or profile icon in the top-right corner and select 'Account Settings' from the dropdown.

Go to Plan and Billing

Click 'Plan & Billing' in the left sidebar. Review your current plan and next renewal date.

Cancel Subscription

Click 'Cancel plan' or 'Cancel subscription'. Sync.com will show you what you will lose — review and click 'Confirm cancellation'.

Confirm and Download Data

After confirming, download any important files before your billing period ends. Your account will revert to the free 5 GB plan at the end of the period.
