Will I get a refund when I cancel?

No. Katalon does not issue refunds upon cancellation. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, but no credits or refunds are provided for time already paid.

Can I still use Katalon after canceling?

Yes. Canceling turns off auto-renewal but your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period. Access and features continue until that date.

Who is allowed to cancel a Katalon subscription?

Only the Account Owner or a Billing Manager can cancel a subscription. Regular members and admins without billing permissions cannot perform this action.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

Yes. You can reactivate a canceled subscription before the billing period ends, or purchase a new subscription afterward through the Subscription Management page in TestOps.

What happens to my data and test results after cancellation?

Your data (test results, reports, configurations) remains in the system for a period after cancellation, but access to paid features is removed once the subscription expires. Contact Katalon support for data export before canceling.

Can I cancel a Katalon Studio Enterprise or Runtime Engine license the same way?

Yes. Katalon Studio Enterprise and Katalon Runtime Engine licenses follow the same cancellation flow via the Subscriptions section in the TestOps Account admin panel, using 'Cancel License Renewal' instead of 'Turn off Auto-Renewal'.

Sign in to Katalon TestOps

Go to testops.katalon.com and sign in with your Katalon account credentials. You must be the Account Owner or Billing Manager to cancel.

Open Account Settings

Click on your account name or avatar in the top navigation, then select your Organization/Account from the dropdown to enter the Account admin panel.

Navigate to Subscriptions

In the left sidebar of the Account admin page, click 'Subscriptions' to open the Subscription Management page.

Locate your subscription

Under the 'Your Current Subscription(s)' section, find the product subscription you want to cancel (e.g. Katalon Platform, Katalon Studio Enterprise).

Click the Extension icon

Click the three-dot menu or Extension icon (⋯) corresponding to the subscription you wish to cancel.

Select Turn off Auto-Renewal

From the dropdown menu, select 'Turn off Auto-Renewal'. A confirmation dialog titled 'Turn off Auto-Renewal' will appear.

Confirm cancellation

Click 'Confirm' in the dialog to complete the cancellation. Auto-renewal will be disabled and you will not be charged at the next billing cycle.
