Will I receive a refund if I cancel within the cooling-off period?

Locate your Chubb contract to confirm your minimum term and service type. Minimum terms vary: Fire Detection & Alarm Monitoring = 3 years; FX Plus/Intruder 360 Plus Rental = 3 or 5 years; Standard Security Maintenance = 1 year; Comprehensive Maintenance = 3 years.
