Log in to Astro UI
Go to cloud.astronomer.io and sign in to your Astronomer account.
Open Organization Settings
In the left sidebar, click 'Organization Settings' to access your organization's configuration.
Navigate to Billing
Within Organization Settings, click 'Billing' in the navigation menu.
Open Plans
Click the 'Plans' tab within the Billing section to view your current subscription plan.
Export deployment config (recommended)
Before proceeding, use the Astro CLI to run 'astro deployment inspect' to export your Deployment configuration, as all Deployments are deleted immediately upon cancellation.
Click 'Cancel your plan'
Click the 'Cancel your plan' button. This immediately deletes all Deployments and downgrades the organization. The organization itself is preserved and can be reactivated at any time.
